- Bicycle Crunches: it is one of the most effective abs exercises. It does not only shape your body but strengthens your stomach and thighs.
- Side Plank: as said “do not underestimate planks” it is somewhat similar to plank but the catch is here to let one side bare the weight. Hold it for good 1 minute!
- Leg lifts: it is the best way to treat your abdomen. Raise your leg as high as you can then gradually release it.
